Who the controller is

What data we process
Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and interactions. Part of this data is collected only by analytics and marketing cookies, and only with your consent.
Contact data: name, company, phone, email and the content of the messages you voluntarily send us via WhatsApp or email.
We do not request sensitive data or data from minors.
How we use the data
To answer requests, present solutions and move negotiations forward (pre-contractual procedures, art. 7, V, LGPD).
To keep the website working and secure (legitimate interest, art. 7, IX).
To measure website audience and campaign effectiveness with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (consent, art. 7, I). You can withdraw consent at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Who we share it with
With providers that support our operation: the website hosting company, Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel and WhatsApp). These providers may store data outside Brazil, under the safeguards set out in the LGPD.
With public authorities when required by law or court order. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes described or to meet legal obligations. Cookie durations are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent (art. 18, LGPD). Just write to vendas@comercialnacional.com.br.
You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers, restricted access and loading third-party tools only after consent.
